Henri Vinçon grew up surrounded by the aroma of his mother’s homemade chocolate cupcakes. Every Wednesday, he would enjoy this sweet treat. After moving to Switzerland, he missed these very cupcakes. So he founded Fondant Genevois with his father, Richard Vinçon.
