How often does the menu change? What is the cost to the company? What happens to the food containers? Many good questions about FELFEL and very simple answers:

First Aid

  • You can access your user account at my.felfel.ch and set it up there, or download the FELFEL . When you go to the home page of the FELFEL , you’ll be taken to theLoginand registration page. You can also simply download our FELFEL and log in to your account there. With the app, you can also open the fridge, so a physical badge isn’t required.

  • Just go to my.felfel.ch and click on Profile > My Account > Edit > Delete Account. Important: Your outstanding balance must be 0; otherwise, you cannot delete the account.

    Maybe your new workplace has a FELFEL or a Gavetti ? In that case, you don't need to delete your account. Just email us at felfel

  • When you create your FELFEL , simply add a valid payment method. Depending on the billing option you choose, the amount will then be automatically charged to that payment method.

  • If you don't have any of the payment options, you can also make a bank transfer. For details just contact our support team, they will be happy to help you.

FELFEL in your company

  • The FELFEL concept is a complete food service offering, so the company doesn’t have to do anything – except provide a power outlet. There are different pricing models at which the company can offer the FELFEL to their employees (depending on the monthly service charge). Give us a call or book a free tasting, we are happy to tell you more!

  • Luckily, you don't. FELFEL and our good food is available everywhere in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

  • We deliver the FELFEL to your office and set it up in a suitable location—usually in the cafeteria or break room.

    On launch day, all employees will be treated to a free tasting. We’ll show you how everything works and help you set up your FELFEL .

    We cover everything—there are no costs to the employer, and we take care of all the details!

  • To cater for different needs, we offer the following models: FELFEL Classic, FELFEL Mini for smaller companies with under 50 employees and FELFEL Maxi for big companies.   • With FELFEL no upfront costs and no hassle: We install your FELFEL, fill it up, and handle all service and maintenance. Our support team is available every day in three languages. Instead of a rental fee, you simply pay a monthly service fee.

    FELFEL significantly more affordable than running your own cafeteria and also offers many free extras, such as a grand opening event or a tasting. Employees can enjoy breakfast and delicious organic beverages starting at just CHF 1.50. Every day, there are more than 10 different lunch options starting at CHF 6.

  • A small, free (well located) spot of about 1 m2 with a power outlet within reach and Swisscom mobile reception. Voilà.

  • This depends on the number of employees and the size of the break room, or how staggered the lunch breaks are. We would recommend about 3-5 microwaves (average) per FELFEL at the beginning.

  • The easiest solution is to recommend the FELFEL to your employees. Everyone can sign up independently there. But yes, you can link your company badge to your FELFEL . Please note that we cannot guarantee this will work for all types of badges.

    Alternatively, you can also use our physical FELFEL . We’d be happy to go over the details with you before installation.

  • Depending on the service, we are on site 3–7 days a week—always during the prearranged time slot before 11 a.m.

    Then we’ll also empty the recycling bins for all types of packaging, except PET.

  • We always love to hear from you. Feel free to email us anytime at felfel. It will be forwarded directly to our Food Scouts.

HOW TO for FELFEL Clients

  • The easiest and quickest way is in the microwave at 600 watts. There is a time recommendation on the label on each dish. Of course, the dishes can also be heated in a steamer or simply in a pan - depending on your infrastructure.

  • Register -> Activate Account -> Add payment method -> Connect Badge or use QR Code -> Open FELFEL -> Take out, scan & finish purchase -> Close & enjoy!

  • Of course - once you have installed a FELFEL account, you can get your favorite dishes from any FELFEL in Switzerland.

  • Our fresh dishes are produced exclusively in Switzerland. The meat comes from here - always. We guarantee that.

  • We value certifications such as 'organic', but do not require them, as it is sometimes difficult and costly for small local farms to obtain them.

  • The products are freshly prepared every day. Glutamate and other chemical flavour enhancers are taboo. Fresh dishes last for 3-5 days.

  • Thanks to our nationwide collaboration with the Schweizer Tafel, we are able to distribute products that are still edible to people in need. In addition to constant analysis and replenishment according to consumption, there is also a happy hour on Fridays, where fresh dishes can be bought at half price from 3 pm.

  • In the top left corner of our labels, you find symbols* from which you can retrieve first information. If the symbols aren’t sufficient, you always find all the ingredients written on the label or when you click on the menus in your profile. *Find their description in the app or on myfelfel.ch (scroll down to the bottom).

  • If your company has the cutlery delivery included, you’ll find forks and spoons in a wooden box beneath the FELFEL. Knives aren’t needed for our dishes! ;)

  • The packages of our hot meals, the PP Boxes, are microwave safe. Lift the lid slightly before putting the box into the microwave. In the top right corner of the label, you also find the recommended heating minutes. We do not recommend to put the other packages into the microwave.

  • Our PP Boxes are 100% recyclable. After you have enjoyed your meal, please rinse the box quickly and always throw it into the blue PP bin. Our drivers will collect them and bring them to the recycling location.

  • The menu changes weekly and will not be repeated in exactly this weekly combination. Of course, we have dishes that are so popular that they always find their way back into the FELFEL. However, this only happens after 6-8 weeks at the earliest.

Menus

  • You can find the current menu at any time in your FELFEL or in your FELFEL . But first, of course, you need access to a FELFEL.

  • Fortunately, no. FELFEL plenty of space at FELFEL , and you’ll usually find something to suit every taste and budget. The fridge is “smart”: popular items are automatically restocked. Over time and with regular use, our recommendations keep getting better.

  • There are smaller and larger dishes. A full, warm lunch can contain more than 500g - even hungry employees will be satisfied.

  • The entire menu changes weekly – you could go for a year without ever eating the same lunch twice! Certain FELFEL favorites return every few months. Classics, breakfast snacks and drinks are offered a bit longer.

  • You can find the prices on your myfelfel account. On the home screen you can see the price under each photo. Everything costs between CHF 1.50 for a yogurt and from CHF 6 for the large menus to heat up.

  • We are happy to take care of that. Our food scouts bring new products to the FELFEL every week, as well as popular hits in different combinations. We make sure that the selection includes something for every food preference. Vegetarian, vegan, hearty or with meat, there is something for every taste.

Recycling & Sustainability

  • FELFEL meals are carefully packed in PP boxes that protect the ingredients and ensure their freshness. PP is a 100% recyclable material. A dedicated recycling bin is made available to every company by FELFEL. Our team is collecting the packages regularly with our bio gas vehicles and brings them to a recycling facility in Switzerland.

    We love our planet and each and every step of the process has been thoroughly designed to have the smallest footprint possible. Our team is constantly searching for new ways of improving it and making it even more sustainable.

    Our PET bottles can be recycled through the national recycling programme, just like at home :)

  • Sustainability is a central concern for FELFEL and one of the team's three corporate values. The three key pillars of sustainability at FELFEL include: the health of employees in the workplace as a central element, ecological action and support for the local economy with a focus on small family businesses.

  • The type of material is mentioned on the packaging. Our fresh dishes with short shelf lives are typically packed in PP boxes, which is a safe solution. PP plastic is easily recyclable, so we do it for free, here locally in Switzerland and via the recycling box we provide.

Payment method

  • We are very happy to offer the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, TWINT, PostFinanceCard, Lunchcheck and Reka.

  • Payment with prepaid cards is only available at businesses that specifically offer this option.

    Here's how to FELFEL your prepaid card with FELFEL :

    1. Scan the QR code on your prepaid card.

    2. Next, scan your FELFEL or your physical badge.

    The amount on the prepaid card will be automatically credited to your FELFEL .

  • If you join our loyalty program, you can collect coupons. You can easily activate them in the app first and then redeem them at FELFEL .

  • Yes, that’s possible. With various FELFEL , you can thank your team in a simple yet special way. Our customized options can be tailored perfectly to you and your team. If you’re interested, just email us at felfel —we’ll be happy to get back to you.

loyalty program

  • You receive the Welcome Voucher only after verifying your email. If your email is verified and you still don’t see it after 24 hours, our support team will check your account.

  • Your Birthday Voucher is sent on the day of your birthday. Make sure your birthday is added correctly in your profile, at least one day before your birthday. Vouchers are valid for 30 days.

  • Double Deal vouchers are always issued on the 1st day of the following month. If you qualify and do not see your vouchers by the 2nd day, please contact support.

  • Changing your birthday does not grant an additional voucher in the same year. You will receive your next Birthday Voucher on the new date in the following calendar year.

  • All vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated unless a technical issue prevented usage.

  • Check that your voucher is: 

    • activated

    • still valid

    If you made a purchase and the fridge was offline, the discount will be applied retrospectively and shown in your transaction history.

  • No. All vouchers are personal and linked to your FELFEL account. They cannot be transferred or shared.

  • Loyalty data is tied to your original account. Rewards cannot be migrated between accounts, but support can check for any active vouchers.

  • Gavetti purchases currently do not count towards Loyalty Program rewards. Usego purchases do count.

  • If you have completed 8+ purchases in a month and should have early access, please send:

    • a photo of the POS screen, or

    • proof of purchase And support will help resolve the issue.

  • Vouchers always apply in full. If the purchase amount is lower than CHF 5, the remaining value will be lost.

  • No. Individual vouchers cannot be withdrawn once assigned.

  • Once a voucher is activated, it will be automatically applied to your next purchase. After activation, vouchers cannot be deactivated or “saved for later.”
