Fall is here—and with it, seasonal dishes at the FELFEL

The days are getting shorter, and the meals are getting heartier. This fall, FELFEL is adding pumpkin, chestnuts, red cabbage, and vermicelli to the Fridge. Freshly cooked by our partner chefs using seasonal ingredients, right at your workplace and available around the clock.

Seasonal and local

FELFEL brings meals prepared by local partner chefs to the workplace, freshly cooked and delivered every workday. The menu changes every week. In the fall, that means whatever’s in season makes its way into the Fridge. So there’s always a new favorite dish to discover at the Fridge.

Fall's Superfoods

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, yet low in calories. On top of that, it’s incredibly versatile: whether in a creamy soup, pasta, or stuffed momos, pumpkin adds color and warmth to your lunch break.

Chestnuts

Chestnuts are low in fat and provide complex carbohydrates and minerals. They provide long-lasting energy—just what you need for a long day at work. Whether roasted, served as part of a main course, or made into vermicelli: without chestnuts, fall in Switzerland just isn’t the same.

Brussels sprouts

Brussels sprouts are probably the most controversial vegetable of the season. Yet they have a lot to offer: They contain more vitamin C than an orange, plus plenty of fiber. When prepared properly—for example, roasted instead of overcooked—they even take on a slightly nutty flavor. Maybe this fall is the perfect time to give them a second chance.

Fall at the " FELFEL " Fridge

Hearty Spätzli with chestnuts, pumpkin-stuffed momos from our partner Tenz, chicken in morel sauce, or vermicelles to finish: Fall at the FELFEL is as diverse as the season itself. In addition to balanced dishes packed with vegetables, classic comfort food also has its place on the menu.

Behind every fall dish are people. Our food scouts carefully select partner chefs and producers, and all meals are prepared fresh—never from frozen. At FELFEL , the meat served in Switzerland comes from Switzerland. That’s how fall comes to the workplace: seasonal, balanced, and cooked with passion.
