Traditional Italian roasting
Our beans are roasted in small batches using traditional methods by Tobia and Carlo, third-generation family business in Emilia Romagna, the birthplace of espresso.

With free installation and regular maintenance check-ins for the perfect taste, there is round-the-clock care to ensure a great coffee experience every day.

We regularly supply you with coffee beans, fresh milk, tea bags, sugar, and cream, so all you need to select is between weekly deliveries with our Classic Service or opt for Premium, meaning we clean and fill the machine for you daily.

As part of our sustainability promise, we collect all used coffee grounds and transform them into biogas.

MONTHLY FEE
No monthly fee for FELFEL customers.
For external customers: CHF 500.- per machine
PAY AS YOU DRINK
The coffee is paid for by the company, the employees or shared. The price of coffee is reduced by up to CHF 0.50, depending on consumption.
