Raphael has over 20 years of industry experience and more than 10 patents for coffee systems. At Nestlé, he played a decisive role in shaping leading global coffee brands such as Nescafé, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto. He took over responsibility for the entire coffee category at Migros. Under his leadership, compatible capsules became number one in Europe. As an expert in the entire value chain, from sourcing and tasting to roasting, he combines technical knowledge with passionate barista expertise.

Ida is a coffee expert through and through. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, she took on responsibility for purchasing coffee beans, preparation, and operations at an early age. At Gavetti, she became the central point of contact. She supplied over 100 FELFELians with barista coffee every day, helped shape Gavetti's brand strategy, and earned another certification from our partner coffee roaster in Italy. Today, she leads specialist training courses, customer tastings, and pitches. Her expertise shapes product development and coffee strategy.

Herbert is a passionate coffee enthusiast and tasting expert. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of coffee machines and technology, he ensures the highest quality standards. At Gavetti, he is responsible for product quality, conducts professional tastings, and continuously optimizes preparation processes. His technical expertise and trained sensory profile make him a guardian of quality. From the selection of the machine to the perfectly extracted espresso.

Curt Wofner brings over 25 years of experience from all areas of the coffee industry. He started out in green coffee import, moved into roasting and blending, and later took responsibility for portfolios and training programs for international brands in HORECA and FMCG. As a former participant in barista championships, he combines expertise with a global perspective. After holding key roles at La Marzocco and Eversys, Curt Gavetti combines coffee culture and technology at Gavetti to reliably bring café-quality coffee to the workplace.
