A blend of Bourbon, Catuai and Pache beans from Peru for a strong body and Caturra beans from Honduras and Nicaragua for fresh, fruity aromas.

ROASTING
Espresso, as we know it today, was invented in Emilia Romagna, northern Italy. This is where Tobia and his son Carlo roast our beans, following old traditions in their third-generation family business.
