FELFEL Expert Jessica from Quality and Safety
  • With a background in food technology and several years of experience as a quality manager in food production, Jessica knows that great food is about more than taste. It must meet the highest quality standards, fully comply with regulations, and guarantee consumer safety. Through close, day-to-day collaboration with suppliers, she carefully monitors every detail to ensure consistently high quality for consumers.

FELFEL Scout Hannes presents fresh dishes
  • Hannes began his career with an apprenticeship at Restaurant Seerose in Wollishofen, followed by experience in a hotel in Zermatt and military service. Over the next nearly ten years, he helped develop a variety of gastronomy projects while building a small food manufactory of his own. He later took on a leadership role in the management of a food production company. These experiences ultimately led him to FELFEL, where he now works as a Food Scout.

  • Nikola brings a strong fine-dining background, with experience ranging from St. Moritz to a GaultMillau-awarded restaurant and a first-class airport lounge. Today, his focus is on product development and tasting. Having also worked as a Product Manager for a well-known Swiss sushi producer, he combines culinary expertise with deep industry knowledge. Together with FELFEL partners, he supports products from the initial idea through to market readiness, always assessing them for taste, quality, and everyday suitability.
