At FELFEL we believe that great food starts with great ingredients because it tastes better and is more sustainable. We work with family owned businesses to keep our products local and only use seasonal, unprocessed ingredients.
I spent the last few years working in a big office without a canteen. I was frustrated by the amount of time and money I had to spend to get good fresh food at work. This is when I decided to start FELFEL, to transform the way we eat in the office. Felfel is Persian for pepper, an homage to my Persian grandmother, who taught me how to cook.

Emanuel is a true foodie at heart – his life revolves around making sure that every meal he eats is great. Emanuel grew up mostly in New York City, and now lives back in his hometown Zurich. Before starting FELFEL, Emanuel worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Zurich. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
